Where do you work?
I’m based in London but provide my services globally. Whether you need on-site support anywhere in the world or remote assistance at any time, I’m fully equipped to adapt to your event’s needs.
Throughout my career, I have successfully executed events in over a dozen countries, navigating different time zones and working flexible hours to ensure seamless coordination. I’m also accustomed to traveling for extended periods to oversee on-site operations.
For pre-event planning, I have a dedicated remote office to efficiently manage all logistics, but I’m equally happy to work from a client’s office if preferred. Wherever your event takes place, I’ll be there—physically or virtually—to make it a success.

I completely understand that event budgets can be tight, with unexpected costs always creeping in. My goal is to provide value that aligns with your needs while ensuring fair compensation for my expertise.
Depending on the level of support you require, we can explore flexible options, whether it’s a day rate or a customized project rate that works for both of us. For simpler or more flexible projects, I’m open to discussing alternative pricing structures.

How does payment work?
As an independent freelancer, I offer flexible payment options to suit your needs.
- For short-term projects (three weeks or less), I typically invoice after the event (for on-site work).
- For longer projects, I invoice on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, depending on the scope and duration.
All invoices are due within 30 days. I’m happy to accommodate any specific invoicing requirements, such as flexibility in dates or including PO numbers or additional details. If you have particular preferences, just let me know, and we’ll find a solution that works for both of us.
How do you ensure the success of an event?
Success starts with meticulous planning, clear communication, and precise execution of your vision. I prioritize a seamless event experience by anticipating challenges, addressing potential issues upfront, and providing honest, practical guidance every step of the way.
I don’t believe in selling unrealistic dreams—I focus on making real ones happen. If I foresee obstacles in the plan, I’ll let you know and work proactively to find solutions. At the end of the day, the decisions are yours—I’m here to figure out how to bring them to life in the best way possible.
How far in advance should I book an event planner?
The sooner, the better! Ideally, you should book 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for weddings and large corporate events, to secure the best venues and vendors.
That said, with the right mindset—and budget—anything is possible. If you need last-minute planning, I can absolutely help, but please keep in mind that securing vendors and venues on short notice often requires a more flexible budget.
For event teams that require additional support for the last stretch, whether for a few days, weeks or months leading up to the event - look no further! I have years of experience jumping in the deep end and hitting the ground running.
