Who am I?

I’m a French business school graduate with over 11 years of experience in the events industry. Having lived, worked or studied in France, the US, Canada, and the UK, I bring a truly global perspective to every project. Fluent in both English and French, I thrive in international environments, seamlessly managing cross-cultural teams and global logistics.

As a freelance event professional for over a decade, I specialise in complex budget management, logistics coordination, team leadership, and building strong client and vendor relationships. My proactive and passionate approach ensures that every event, no matter the scale, is executed with precision and creativity.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to some of the world’s most remarkable events:

  • Legendary sporting moments – Champions League Finals, Roland Garros, Formula 1 and E-Races, Rugby World Cup.
  • Global summits & high-profile gatherings – Airshows around the world, COP26 through COP29, G7, NATO.
  • Luxury brand experiences – Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, CHANEL, Rolex.
  • Corporate events – From large-scale seminars to intimate team-building retreats.

Each event is electrifying in its own way, and I bring the same energy, dedication, and problem-solving mindset to every project. Whether you need a strategic planner, a hands-on problem solver, or a dynamic team leader, I’m here to ensure your event is nothing short of exceptional.

I firmly believe that a successful event starts with a cohesive team. The mindset of separating "staff" from "suppliers" has no place in a well-run event—every individual plays a crucial role in making it a success.

Anyone with experience in events will understand this! From hostesses and chauffeurs to coordinators, caterers, and even calligraphers, each person is essential to the bigger picture. Clear communication is key, and so is understanding that events are high-pressure environments. Pacing yourself is crucial, but if you haven’t mastered that yet—don’t worry. Events are all about learning on the job. Every cool and collected project director was once a frantic coordinator trying to hold it together when things inevitably went off course. Growth in this industry comes from experience, adaptability, and learning from every challenge along the way.

Anyone who guarantees a “flawless” event is either delusional, overcharging you, or simply lying. The reality is that every event relies on dozens—if not hundreds—of people working together in perfect timing, and the number of variables is endless. A good event director mitigates risks, but a great one knows how to handle challenges in real time and adapt on the spot.

Lucky for you, I’m both!
